|RETURNS POLICY ON ALL PRODUCTS
Due to the sensitive nature of the telecom products that we carry,
Tele Technology does not accept returns. Please be sure that
the items you are ordering are the items that you need. A sales
rep in our office will be happy to assist you in making
sure that your purchase decision is the correct one.
In some cases, and at our sole discretion, products may be returned with 10 days for in house
credit, please speak with your rep for details. Restocking fees apply.
If you must cancel an order for any reason, please contact us at 281-894-6606.
A representative will determine whether the order has already shipped. If your
order has not been shipped, we can usually process the cancellation. If the cancellation
is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. This confirmation email
is your proof of cancellation and will be necessary, in case of any questions,
to waive shipping/handling and/or restocking fees. If you receive the order,
then you may refuse delivery to avoid the cost of return shipping. There will
be a 20% restock fee for all refused shipments. In many cases, Tele Technology
will not be able to cancel an order because it is has already shipped. In order
to offer our customers fast delivery, most orders are released from our warehouse
within 24 hours of the placement of each order.
Important Cancellation Note! Any order placed
on a credit card and then subsequently cancelled will result
in a 2% to 3% cancellation charge.

Tele Technology offers a full year warranty on almost all new and refurbished equipment we sell. Plus we guarantee it to be in good operating condition upon its arrival or we'll send you a new one.
Another Important Note! Due to the complicated nature of equipment that we sell, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to attempt troubleshooting certain products in place prior to issuing an RA # .
80% of the time, we can identify setup or operator error. We guarantee to resolve this issue quickly if implemented.
°Another Another Important Note! Some equipment only has a 90 day warranty. Our online shopping system or your representative will notify you of this.
The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense. A representative will advise you of the procedures for returning the DOA product. If we are replacing in advance of our receipt of the DOA product, a credit card or other security will have to be charged. This will be credited upon our receipt of the original product. . If a unit proves to be DOA for reasons other than hardware, i.e. improper installs, etc., the return freight will be charged back to the customer. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, Tele Technology may impose an additional significant handling fee.
Unlike most other mail order resellers, we will make every effort to inspect, carefully pack and, unless otherwise requested, bench-test your equipment before shipment. It is our expressly stated goal to eliminate "DOA" equipment as completely as possible, although this in no way represents a guarantee on our part.
If you have a problem with any product received from us, proceed in the following manner:
All returns must have prior authorization, and must have a proper RA number issued by an authorized representative clearly written on the label on the outside of a double-boxed packing carton. Items that are not clearly and properly marked will be refused at our receiving door. Under no circumstances may product be returned more than 15 days past the date of the issued RA.
- Start Here, Call or email your sales representative and explain the situation. We will do everything in our power to work with you to rectify the problem or help you interface with the manufacturer.
- If there is a need to return a product to us, one of our technicians who are authorized to issue you an RA number for its return will do so. You will be asked to acknowledge a document indicating that you understand our return and packaging policies via fax.
- Any returned product must be returned in its original packaging with all manuals, cables, etc., in as new or issued condition, or full credit will not be issued.
Tele Technology will pay return freight to the customer for any defective or replaced product. Customer pays freight for all returns to Tele Technology, unless Tele Technology is at fault for mispackaging.
NOTE: Tele Technology recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to us or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
